Pick the Right Location
Before starting your castle pick a good flat place. Hills are also nice if you want to build high up. Make sure there is space for walls towers and maybe even a moat.
Gather Your Material
Use strong blocks like stone brick cobblestone or deep slate. These blocks look good and give that old castle feel. You can also add wood for roofs and decoration.
Start With a Strong Base
Begin by making the outer wall. Make it high and thick. Add towers in the corners. The gate in front should be big and fancy with a drawbridge if you want.
Build Towers and Watch Points
Towers should be tall so you can see far. You can also use them as secret rooms or stair ways to the top of walls. Use ladders or steps inside.
Add Rooms and Decoration
Inside your castle add rooms like kitchen bedroom throne room and dungeon. Use banners torches armor stands and carpets to make it feel like a real kingdom.
Make It Your Own
Try new things like secret doors redstone traps or even lava moat. There is no limit just use your imagination and have fun.
